Michelle Venema was assigned as my mentor and has become a true friend and such an incredible source of support and expertise as we manage our new and exciting growth. Even after my "graduation," the team at Shadow Her has been walking with me every step of the way, providing resources for solving challenges and being some of the loudest cheerleaders of our "wins." On the first day of Shadow Her, I learned that only 3% of businesses reach the $1 million mark, and for women-led businesses, it's 1%. What seemed impossible just a short time ago, is well within reach!

They really helped me figure out my strengths and areas where I needed to step up my game. The monthly workshops were a mix of informative and fun—I still find myself going back to my notes from those sessions.
Shadow Her provided me an amazing 1:1 mentor plus monthly educational sessions that dove into many aspects of growing a business. The combination of educational sessions and a 1:1 mentor was a magical combination so I could talk in more detail with my mentor on the questions that I had.
