Shadow Her was designed for women entrepreneurs, by a woman entrepreneur, Marcia O’Connor, founder of The O’Connor Group and Shadow Her. Passionate about elevating fellow women entrepreneurs, Marcia was inspired to found Shadow Her.

The monthly workshops were a mix of informative and fun—I still find myself going back to my notes from those sessions.
Shadow Her provided me an amazing 1:1 mentor plus monthly educational sessions that dove into many aspects of growing a business. The combination of educational sessions and a 1:1 mentor was a magical combination so I could talk in more detail with my mentor on the questions that I had.
