MENTOR ELIGIBILITY
As a mentor you will be working to assist in the growth and development of others as an experienced and thoughtful leader. We are looking for someone who:
- Is a Founder, C-Suite or Executive Level Leader for at least 1 year
- Operates in a Business of at least 1M in annual revenue
- Has the capacity to attend 4 in person Success Sessions*, and a minimum of once monthly, 1:1 session with Mentee for the duration of the program (6 months)
MENTEE ELIGIBILITY
As a mentee, we are looking for passionate and driven women business founders looking to learn and grow within this program. We are looking for someone who:

- Has been in business for 1-10 years
- Have an annual revenue of at least 100K
- Has the capacity to attend 4 in person Success Sessions*, and a minimum of once monthly, 1:1 session with Mentor for the duration of the program. (6 months)
*2024 Fall Cohort Success Session Dates include; 8/22, 9/26, 10/24, 11/21, 12/6.
