Mentorship is the cornerstone of the Shadow Her program. Through 1:1 mentorship, women entrepreneurs have a resource to learn alongside, grow with and seek support from.
Matches are determined by information shared in the application process and with the help of the Advisory Board Matching Committee.

MENTOR ELIGIBILITY
We recognize that mentors are volunteering their greatest asset, time, to support the mentees in our programs, and for that we are so grateful. Mentorship through Shadow Her offers you the opportunity to lift up the next generation of women entrepreneurs, adds to your professional network and strengthens your skillset as a leader.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a Founder, C-Suite or Executive Level Leader for at least 1 year
- Operates in a Business of at least $1M in annual revenue
- Has the capacity to attend 4 in person Success Sessions*, and a minimum of one 1:1 mentor/mentee session throughout the program
MENTEE ELIGIBILITY
As a mentee, we are looking for passionate and driven women business founders looking to learn and grow within this program.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has been in business for 1-10 years
- Have an annual revenue of at least 100K
- Has the capacity to attend 4 in person Success Sessions*, and a minimum of one 1:1 mentor/mentee session throughout the program
- Program Fee**
**Shadow Her is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. If accepted into the 2025 Fall Cohort, there is a one-time program fee of $250 which supports program resources, materials, and furthers the mission of the organization.
