This is not any typical organization. This organization is for determined entrepreneurial women who have a business and would like to get their business over a million or more in sales. Yes, you can do this! That is where we can help.

Your business is your dream, your passion and we understand why you want to take it to the next level! We want that for you too. Shadow Her is a six-month program to help you understand the basic criteria you will need to hit your goals.
We work with you each month with programs, speakers, and amazing encouragement to help you believe in the most important part of your business – YOU!

To be considered it is quite simple but a little competitive! Applications will open April 3, 2023. All applications must be submitted by April 30, 2023. We will select six successful applicants and classes will begin June 2023!

Don’t wait. The time is now to invest in You. Shadow Her is a terrific program that provides guidance with marketing, finances, business development – and most importantly – networking with others who are growing their business.
Michelle Venema was assigned as my mentor and has become a true friend and such an incredible source of support and expertise as we manage our new and exciting growth. Even after my "graduation," the team at Shadow Her has been walking with me every step of the way, providing resources for solving challenges and being some of the loudest cheerleaders of our "wins." On the first day of Shadow Her, I learned that only 3% of businesses reach the $1 million mark, and for women-led businesses, it's 1%. What seemed impossible just a short time ago, is well within reach!
This program provided a unique platform for embracing vulnerability while confronting the challenges within our respective businesses. It allowed us the opportunity to refine our skills across various domains such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations. Spread over a six-month period, the program served as a solid foundation for my subsequent growth journey. Having a mentor by my side was super helpful. They really helped me figure out my strengths and areas where I needed to step up my game. The monthly workshops were a mix of informative and fun—I still find myself going back to my notes from those sessions.
Shadow Her provided me an amazing 1:1 mentor plus monthly educational sessions that dove into many aspects of growing a business. The combination of educational sessions and a 1:1 mentor was a magical combination so I could talk in more detail with my mentor on the questions that I had.
